1. What Clinico Plus does
Clinico Plus helps you find doctors, hospitals and labs, and send appointment requests to them. The medical care itself is provided by the doctors and facilities you choose, not by Clinico Plus.
2. Not for emergencies
Clinico Plus is not an emergency service. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may book for family members you are allowed to act for.
4. Appointments and fees
- A booking is a request until the doctor confirms it.
- Fees shown on a profile are set by the doctor or facility. You pay them directly; Clinico Plus does not take payment online.
- Please cancel in good time if you can't attend.
5. Doctor profiles and reviews
Doctor profiles are reviewed before they are published, but doctors are responsible for keeping their own information accurate. Reviews must be honest and based on a real visit.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no false bookings, no attempts to access other people's information, and no automated scraping.
7. Responsibility
We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Medical advice and treatment are the responsibility of the treating professional.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
