1. Information we collect

When you create an account or book care, we collect:

  • Account details: your name, mobile number, password (stored only in encrypted form), and optionally your email address, gender, date of birth and city.
  • Booking details: the doctor, time and type of consultation you choose, the patient's age and gender, and any reason for the visit you write.
  • Health records: appointments, prescriptions, lab results, medical reports and family members that you or your doctors add to your account.
  • Doctor profiles: for doctors, professional details such as specialty, experience, registration number and practice locations.

2. How we use it

  • To create and secure your account, including sending one-time verification codes by SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To send your appointment requests to the doctor you chose and show you their status.
  • To show your records to you, and to the doctors involved in your care.
  • To review doctor profiles before they are published.
  • To keep the service safe, for example by limiting repeated login attempts.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with the doctor, hospital or lab you book, so they can provide your care;
  • with service providers that deliver verification codes by SMS or WhatsApp;
  • when the law requires it.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It is encrypted and cannot be read by page scripts. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your browser also remembers small preferences on your device, such as the city you chose and the phone country code, so you don't have to pick them again. Choices on a booking form are kept only until you finish booking.

If you press “Use my location” in search, your browser contacts a location lookup service (ipwho.is or ipapi.co) to estimate your city. This only happens when you ask for it.

5. How we protect it

Connections to Clinico Plus are encrypted. Passwords are never stored in readable form, login sessions expire, and access to health records requires you to be logged in.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile at any time in the patient portal or the Clinico Plus app. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by contacting us. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

7. Children

Accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian can add a child as a family member and book care for them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
